
1) Celosia
Colorful plants which come in variety of shapes, fans, brains, or plumes and come in a range of colors which include orange, yellow, pink, and red. They grow best in full sun, bloom all summer, grow fast, and are easy to care for.

2) Begonias
Dark leaves with dainty flowers which bloom in colors of white, pink, and red with no dead-heading or pruning required. They will grow in full sun, or partial and full shade. Blooms all summer.

3) Angelonia
Very heat and drought-tolerant flowers are perfect for growers down south. Will look good on even the hottest, sunniest days. Need full sun and will bloom all summer and even into fall in the south.

4) Chrysanthemum, or Mums
Really good for fresh blooms to your fall landscape. Will work in the landscape or planters. Require full sun and bloom in late summer and fall. They do require some watering to look their best.

5) Cosmos
Have pretty little feminine flowers in shades of pink, white, and purple which grow taller the more you cut them.Blooms all summer and require full sun.

6) Dahlias
Have stunning flowers in many different shapes, from honeycomb shapes to peony-like flowers. Very easy to grow, require full sun and bloom all summer.

7) Geraniums
Have small. petite blooms in many different shades of pink, white, purple, and red. Blooms in spring and summer and is very easy to care for. Grows in full sun or partial shade.

8) Impatiens
Great flower for full or partial shade areas. Comes in many different shades of pink, red, white, and purple. Very easy to care for and will bloom all summer.

9) Larkspur
A blue and purple pleated plant that is well-suited for colder climates. Needs full or partial sun and blooms in spring and early summer. Can plant the seeds in fall, since their seeds can withstand freezing and you will have blooms all spring.

10) Marigold
Very vibrant orange and yellow flowers which grow very fast and produce a lot of blooms per plant. Needs full sun and some watering but will bloom all summer.

11) Pansies
Very hardy flowers which come in shades of blue, yellow, pink, red, and purple with some in multiple colors. They can tolerate a heavy frost and are perfect for early spring and late fall color. Can grow in full sun or partial shade and only fade when it gets really hot.

12) Petunias
Very care-free flower that gives a lot of bloom for the money. They come in many shades of white, pink, and purple and are perfect for planters, hanging baskets or in the landscape. The new variety of ‘Purple Wave’ really do well in any of those settings. Needs full sun and blooms in spring/summer/fall.

13) Ranunculuses
Plant these bulbs or corms in the fall and enjoy colorful pinks, reds, yellows, and white flowers in the spring. They require full sun and bloom in the early spring.

14) Snapdragons
These colorful reds, pinks, yellows add a height and dimension to your landscape or planters. Easy care and require full sun. Blooms in summer.

15) Sunflowers
Available in many different dwarf varieties now with many different shades of yellow, red, and even pink. The old fashioned tall varieties provide some very tall color but do require some staking to keep them up. Birds love the seeds. Require full sun and blooms in late summer/early fall.
