This pool was installed in area with poor drainage.
There was no gravel put around pool to allow for drainage, hence the customer experienced subsidence around entire pool. We are having to dig around entire pool and do it the ‘by the book’ way. As it should have been done. There is no substitute for basic procedures. Saving a little by the contractor has produced an unnecessary large expense for this customer a few years down the road.
